Symbiotic relationships blossom when grant coordinators collaborate on activities to maximize efforts, resources, and outcomes. This workshop highlights a model utilizing an effective team approach to stretch dollars, expand objectives, and eliminate duplication. Three college CTE grant coordinators define their individual missions and find ways to support each other by applying each other’s strengths, building relationships, and becoming a synergetic support system for each other, the college and the community.
