A presentation of a collaborative unit on buying local. Utilizing all disciplines, business, culinary, English and History, the carbon footprint of “buying local” was examined. A survey was conducted with 700 plus citizens of Windsor with the findings presented at the Farmers Market and before the Windsor Town Council.
