Presentation Category:
Programs of Study
Presentation Description:
Implementing "programs of study" involves establishing connections with community and four year colleges for a seamless transition to the next level of education. To make this seamless transition, your students must possess the skills and be ready for enrollment in the next higher level of education. In this session you will hear about a child development and education program established at Folsom High School in the Sacramento area, that was designed to meet the Perkins program of study criteria. Students in this program develop the attitudes, skills and knowledge to make it easy to enter a program to continue their education at a two or four year college. Please join us for an exciting session.
